I attach a link that may be helpful in your leg efforts. Within the page there’s another link to a new study at the bottom of the page that just came out a few weeks ago. The Clean Air Task Force-sponsored study applies different cleaner fuel options to previous mortality data, finding that a 0.1% (1000 ppm) limit applied to coasts globally will halve premature mortalities. The use of 0.1% health benefit figures is good for our sponsorship of the Boxer Bill and may be useful for your bills, as well, as they deal with a 0.1% standard.
