Please be informed that SB2523 SD1, related to the sale of restricted or noxious plants, was referred to Senate Judiciary and Labor and decision making has been scheduled for 02-22-08 at 10:00 am in conference room 016. In-person testimony will not be accepted, but it is possible, and encouraged, to submit written testimony addressed to Chairman Brian Taniguchi in support of passing the bill.
